Charatteristic: Ripe blackberry and cherry are very present at the first smell are followed by floral notes. At the first taste there is a hint of strawberry accompanied by a good tannic body.
Pairing: The perfect pairing for an aperitivo of mature cheeses and salami, followed by a meat based pasta cause such as ragu sauce, and grilled meats.
